in today's edition of the australian, matthew denholm reports that the tasmanian anti-discrimination commissioner sarah bolt has rejected an application for a lesbian event wishing to exclude "people with penises", on the grounds that "requiring people to provide intimate information about their body to gain access to the proposed events" may count as offense, humiliation, intimidation, insult, or ridicule on the basis of gender, gender identity, or sex characteristics. another win for for men with no respect for women's boundaries.
